You can ask Synapse Systems, which operates KFOS, to delete your account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what we have to keep.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my KFOS data" from the email on your account, or call +254 726 096 183. Include the phone number on your account. We confirm your identity, then complete the request within 30 days.
To stop WhatsApp messages from KFOS, reply STOP or block our number. To delete the WhatsApp messages we hold, ask us using either method above. We will delete them along with your other data.
Kenyan law requires us to keep some records for a set period, even after you delete your account. These include tax invoices sent to KRA, and payment and loan records. We keep them anonymised, separated from your name, where we can. We delete them when the legal period ends. See our Privacy Policy.
